"Today, April 11th, 2023, I called New Horizon Pharmacy for my medication to be delivered. The woman who delivered it calls me at 6:00pm, yelling at me trying to make me rush. I had no home health aide working today so I had to get my medicine myself down 2 flights of stairs. I am just recovering from a stroke and I have diabetic neuropathy on my left leg. I also have been recently operated for gall bladder removal and i have 4 fresh open wounds on my stomach. Once downstars, The New Horizon delivery woman continues to yell at me. I signed for the medication. She pulls away the medication refusing to give it to me after I signed for it so i closed the door and went upstairs. I called New Horizon Pharmacy explaining the situation and the owner delivered the medication again. The original medication was found by me and the owner in front of my building discarded on the floor. This is how this woman delivered my medication. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable behavior."
