"My experience there has not been good. On the phone rude, in person rude and humorless. I understand dealing with the general public is challenging, but seriously, try to be more polite to people. No one wants to deal with your nasty attitude. The medical system is broken enough, then you have to try and deal with unpleasant people behind the counter at the pharmacy. Stop screaming 'date of birth' before you say hello and acknowledge a human being. Learn manners, like saying thank you, and have a good day before hanging up without a word."
