"I submitted a prescription for both my husband and me. I was told there was not one for me. There were in fact two for my husband. He only submitted one. I was pushed (not literally) aside so the next customer would not have to wait. I had to wait! As the Docter has poor handwriting, I printed my name on my prescription. This should have seconded the fact that it was not for him. But it did not. After a slew of \"well maybe you\" the pharmacist offered an apology \"sor\". For what? Making me wait? Giving me someone else's prescription? How many times does this happen? What will be done to correct it? Perhaps Albany can help you."

"They never have all prescriptions ready at the same time . After you go there with in hours you get a call for another prescription ready for pick up . Even if you wait a couple of day after receiving the call or call in and wait on hold for hours to make sure they’re all ready to be told they are ! There all called in or sent in at the same time but the never come out together ."

"I spent an hour in there this morning trying to order 12 photos to be printed. First, both machines were off, I had to wait 30 min for one to reboot. Finally, after carefully selecting all my prints/wood panels, I submitted the order, received a confirmation on the machine, but after calling 6 hours later was told they had no record of the order. Total waste of time."

"***UNSAFE PHARMACY*** Recently my wife picked up some antibiotics for my 10 month old son. The pharmacy failed to label the BOTTLE. My wife asked the tech to confirm the dosage at 5ml 2x per day, turns out the Dr. wanted 3ml 2x per day. This resulted my son being OVERDOSED with his medication and resulted in a strong reaction, poor kid. We called and spoke with the pharmacy manager. She was EXTREMELY argumentative, and I felt as I was being spoken down to the entire time. I have never been to a pharmacy where the BOTTLE came UNLABELED and I don't understand how this is safe practice, even if the bag and box came with a label. My biggest problem is not even the mistake but more so the lack of accountability and UNWILLINGNESS to address the issue by the pharmacy manager ( initials DA) and I am nervous that this practice might result in someone becoming seriously injured. I am not one to post reviews, however as a medical professional I felt inclined to report this for the betterment of the community. Side note: The store is beautiful and kept very clean..."

"I am not sure what the issue is with the pharmacy in this store - overworked staff, poor hiring decisions - but the service in the pharmacy is just God awful. Nothing is ever in stock and if it is the script itself is screwed up in some significant way. The worst part of all is the staff themselves with a “don’t give a damn” attitude in almost every interaction I have had with this store. I will gladly pay more at Walgreens vs. using this truly wretched pharmacy."
