"The incompetence of the staff is unreal. I just waited 20 minutes for the pharmacy department to figure out how to apply a discount card to my script. I’ve had this done successfully at the now closed Hackensack Duane Reed within a minute. I decided my time was worth more than $30 and left paying full price."

"my friend and I will never go to the Walgreens in Lodi again. I am not the patient but my friend needed insulin and; Walgreens didn't have it, Walgreens didn't call her to tell her they didn't have it Walgreens would have it by tomorrow which, in the case of insulin, is not acceptable. and Walgreens refused to help by calling other Walgreens in the area. We went to Walmart in Teterboro instead and had much better experience and highly suggest going there instead of a place that treats you like an inconvenience."

"They are never prepared or know what they are doing at the pharmacy. I work for a doctors office so I know how pharmacies can be but this one is very unprofessional and not willing to help. I’ve only ever gotten frustrated with them and now have to change pharmacies because I have a problem every time. Tonight they told me they couldn’t fill my medication called in by my doctor in the morning because they said they had an over flow from the other Walgreens in the area ??? Which does not make any sense. Unfortunate."

"If you are using Apple forget about printing! If your husband have android call him over and after literally 1 hour waiting in store trying so hard became cancer you can have your printings! Its 2020! Did you heard about airprint??!"
