"Poor customer service. As a new customer had an issue when picking up first two first prescriptions. I accepted one and not the other asking them to have the pharmacist (not there at the time) call me. Not receiving a call I returned a week later assuming they called my doctor and had cleared the issue. But no, they apparently threw it back in the pickup bin and did nothing. And instead of apologizing and/or immediately offering to contact my doctor they did neither and blamed the doctor. Not privy to the prescription (faxed from doctor to pharmacy) I'm not saying they were wrong - but for a store seemingly without any foot traffic (i no longer wonder why) just surprised they wouldn't even make a token effort to keep a new customer."

"The pharmacists are always helpful and very professional as well as the lady staff. The manager pharmacist Mohammed always greets me with a smile and always extends himself for us. This time he helped me find diabetic cough syrup. He is always very helpful and in such a "jolly" mood. He is always there for me to assist with all my medications and gives assistance without me even asking. I’m so grateful to have this rapport with my local pharmacist and this is 2021 not long ago in the day."
