I am a Canadian who came to visit a friend in Jersey City, and needed to find an affordable rapid antigen test (starting Feb 28 Canadians only need a rapid antigen test to return to Canada) for travellers, and yours was by far the winner. In addition, when I phoned to make sure there was supply the day before, the person I spoke to was informative and helpful. I appreciated the flexibility and reliability of your setup. When I arrived, staff were friendly and professional despite it being kinda busy. I got the test results super quick. Thanks again!"

I come here every two weeks for a free PCR test and they've always been super fast with the results (can't say the same for CityMD for instance). The staff is also very friendly and professional. "I had to a get an RT PCR test for travel. I went to the pharmacy on 27 December 2021 and waited 4 hours in the cold outside for my test. I paid 100 USD and disclosed travel as the reason for the test. Results were guaranteed within 24-36 hours in the registration form. The staff at the pharmacy told me that I would receive them within 48 hours. I followed up with the customer care team in the morning of 29 December 2021 as I still had not received my results. They said that due to system delays their testing time had changed from 48 hours to 72 hours and apologized for any inconvenience and that I was given incorrect information at the pharmacy. I requested if they could provide the results within the timeline of 48 hours and they refused saying they couldn't deliver. I didn't receive the test results in time and had to miss my flight and fly out the next morning."

"Great location! They're right next to the City MD and just a couple blocks away from the JSQ station. The pharmacists were incredibly patient and nice even when busy and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I watched them patiently speak to a woman who knew bare minimum English and tried to work with her to help her even though language was a barrier. They were not rude, disrespectful, or frustrated with her at all."

He knows me by name and has consistently delivered stellar service and never fail to act in my best interest and the best interest of my health with my prescriptions and advice on those prescriptions.
