"Buyer beware for your source of LDN. They compound it with lactose, which is a joke because LDN is used for autoimmune issues, and dairy is not allowed on the AIP diet. They put it on the Dr for not telling them what to compound it with. They wouldn’t offer a refund on something totally useless to me, which I barely walked out of the store once realizing. Ridiculous pricing too- $2.00 per capsule- I regret not going with my original compounding option for LDN that is not only HALF PRICE- also compounded by knowledgeable pharmacists that dairy is inflammatory- they don’t compound with it. Enjoy the $60 donation Burgess. People don’t have to have allergies to avoid inflammatory foods. It’s 2023- how don’t you have a clue about this in your industry? At what you’re charging too? Telemed will put you out of business soon!"

"I had something compounded at this pharmacy, and I was actually happy with the service until they called me up a few weeks after and said my invoice was unpaid. I had actually paid for it when I picked it up and used my credit card, so I don’t know how they didn’t have a record of that. I understand that mistakes can be made, but there was a definite attitude with the phone call and then a very abrupt and insincere apology when they realized that they were wrong. So, they just lost a customer."
