"Like other reviewers have said, unless you chase them, they don't refill your prescriptions. You have to follow up over and over again and speak with the same person who processes the medications. But then they will forget and not process yours. And you will have to call again. It's not sustainable. It is unfortunate because they were great when I started using them in 2019 but this change for the worst occurred within the last year or so. Not that pharmacies are wanting for business, I'm sure they are extremely busy. I'm mostly writing this so that everyone else is aware that you won't get your rx unless you follow up with them numerous times. I'm finding somewhere else so I don't have to project manage getting medications filled."
