"Ghetto!!!, line has about 30 people and they always have 1 cashier, sometimes they have two but that's barely, they move slow as helI, I get that their 24hrs but they stay out of stock on mostly everything for weeks at a time, the only good thing is they stopped having the homeless people in front of the store other than that this store is a bust"

"Those particular location seems to be run by nice people but the service leaves a bit desired. My impression is they are overwhelmed and understaffed. Every time I go the pharmacy wait is longer than they estimate (personally if you're going for a clearly sick and coughing person you'd think they'd expedite to get you out of there so you don't spread contagions). I've ordered prescriptions and gotten there to find they weren't filled yet when they were supposed to be. I have never received a verbal offer for counseling with my medications, even new ones--- personally I read the papers in full but what about the people that don't? Last time I was sick I said I couldn't handle a 30min wait as I was feeling like I was going to pass out and I had a ride waiting for me. I was hoping they'd expedite but the didn't offer in response, so I figured they were swamped and asked them to call when ready. They said ok-- but I never received a call and I got an email right before they closed, meaning I had to wait another day for my medication despite having a compromised immune system and being at risk of hospitalization with what I had if I didn't catch it quickly. My husband did not receive counseling and so I did not know I was supposed to space two of my medications out (nothing was on the papers regarding this) so I wasted meds for a couple of days before I realized something wasn't working right and to call and ask."
