"I honestly don't like this pharmacy I had to go there just because I moved to the area and I needed a close by pharmacy to my house, but there customer service is really bad, and the pharmacist is rude he is not professional at all I honestly had to find another pharmacy so that I can be comfortable dealing with and trust my medications to be on the right hand."

"I called to find out why I have not received my covid test results that I took Friday early afternoon. When I took the test that day they said I should receive the next day but I thought maybe because of the holiday things were delayed. Gave them time and called Monday afternoon. The first time I called someone placed me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up. The second time I called she stated I would receive results that same night. 2 days later and I still have not received anything. I sent a coworker to get hers done 3 days after I already did it and she already has her results and I'm still waiting on mine. How is that fair? We took the same exact test. At least notify us if there is some type of delay. Not sure how only certain people are delayed but this is unprofessional. Especially since I called this morning (Wednesday)and was told to call back in 30 mins.Poor customer service."

"I called for a transfer of a patient’s medication. The young lady at the front desk kept hanging up on me. She had a very nasty attitude and kept raising her voice. First she told me there was nothing available to transfer, then she told me it would take an hour to fax the medication. I called back to speak with a manager/supervisor, she yelled at me and told me to call back in 30 minutes and hung up on me again. I will be calling back. She hung up on me 3 times. The patient also called and she yelled at him and he left without receiving his medication.Her attitude is the reason he switched pharmacies and I don’t blame him. She does not belong in healthcare with an attitude like that. Some extra training sessions are needed."
