"The pharmacist is always friendly, took time to answer my questions about vaccines, helped me understand what my insurance covered regarding my prescription and put in a call on my behalf to ask for an override. She had a problem solving attitude and I felt like she was my partner, rather than acting like it wasn’t her problem and she was too busy. I appreciate the help!"

"Works well 3/4 times. Conviniently located. Magnificently inept the other 1/4 of the time. I think it depends on what crew is working a given shift. Most recently, we had a new prescription electronically sent to this location. Came to store next day, they claimed they never got it. Dr's office confirmed electronic receipt of them having received. Office resent it. Dr's office called us to apologize about the mess up. We called CVS to confirm, never got off hold and they hung up on us after ~20 mins."

"I don’t know what is happening with this store. I dealt with CVS in Summit most happily for Motrin than 30 years and became friends with many of the folks working there. Two weeks ago, I moved to New Providence and switched my account there. Twice I have called. About a Rex and waited on the phone for almost ten minutes without a response. The two times I went into three store the lines were more than 10 persons, with only 1 clerk and moving at a snail’s pace. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and then left without my very important prescription. Top management needs to address this very reasonable problem. I am switching my account to another local pharmacy, sadly. Anne Plaut"

"When I first moved here the CVS the women and men at the pharmacy were extremely nice and warm and kind hearted.Now that I have changed psyciatrists a few times because I couldn't find one that I was comfortable speaking with about my life and the disturbing details which are embarrassing for me to discuss.One day the head pharmacist asked me, how come I was on so many different meds and why was I taking them. There were 2'people behind me waiting and I said,do you really want to know why?? She said uhhuuh. I said fine. I have been diagnosed with severe trauma due to the fact that my babysittersb brother sexually molested me when I was 7!! I can't sleep or eat and I have such horrific anxiety and I sometimes see shadows of him. Are you happy now?? I took my meds and walked away. Now I am treated coldly by everyone except 1 little cute Mexican lady."
