"If only this staff person would have been honest and simply apologize and say she made a mistake I'd have not felt the need to write this review. I made an appointment about a month in advance through MyChart, to see Dr. Scott Troob, to check on some symptoms I've been having which after doing some research indicated I should see an ENT Doc. He came up as an option through MyChart and so I booked to see him. I showed up to my appointment just to be told my appointment was canceled. This lady has the audacity to tell me that she "doesn't remember" if she left me a message letting me know it had been canceled but "she did call". Just to humor her lie, then I asked what day exactly did she call & from what #, she says "last week, from a 212 #", and says "Dr. Troob doesn't treat what you were coming in for", ? Checked my cell phone- and of course no missed calls logged from no 212 # at all. It is obvious she removed me from the schedule and did not call me to tell me. When I asked if I could see someone else, she says "we're fully booked" but she an call me to reschedule me. I asked if I could be rescheduled then and there since I was already speaking to her. This woman goes "I have a lot of patients to tend to now" but I'll give you my #... B, bye."

"If I can give zero. Ent. I go ent because ringing in the earing. and the doctor I do not where ringing in the ears come from. He just tell me sleep tv on. what a doctor. I find my own solution. I feel better."

"Don't waste your money on copayments by visiting this hospital for ENT services.. This doctor ELLIOT REGENBOGEN specifically in my experience is in it for the $. How do you bill a patient's insurance as a visit for a 10 min follow up call concerning test results? That means in order to obtain your results guys you'll need to pay, this was my experience and will never fall prey to this unethical tactic again! The hospital's billing dept. were useless in rectifying the matter as well. Go to NYU Langone instead their billing practices are waayyy better and ETHICAL."

We always use the services of a Columbia hospital, namely ENT, Dr. Eli Grunstein and are very pleased with this doctor, but once we did not manage to make an appointment with him, they suggested that Dr. Minyoung JANG - I will not write much .. Dr. JANG is a rude, nervous, unbalanced woman, he doesn’t go, but contact, does not answer questions, I wanted some recommendations, but she left us in the office and nervously ran away. For the first time, I’m traveling with such a doctor. Be careful."
