"I’d like the thank Dili and Alaiza for doing a great job with my son. The remaining staff allowed my 10 month old child to be pranced upon in the photo attached to this review. My child’s face is buried in a pillow with two kids who are older than him, pinned down holding his neck and hands. It’s hard to tell if this was mere play because you cannot see the expression on my child’s face to see if he was smiling , sad or if he could even breathe! Other staff neglected to pay enough attention to my child, causing him to use another child’s pacifier inside his mouth.. another child pacifier inside his mouth…??? In addition, my child was sent home with another child’s pacifier. The other staff also used another child’s diaper on my child, when I specifically mentioned to this company that we are a fragrance free family. I understand that we are all human and nobody is perfect but these incidents were careless. A 10 month old baby should be cared for with way more love and attention. My child also developed a serious illness : RSV after being at this daycare for two days. It is inevitable that children will get sick but with the aforementioned incidents, it’s obvious that his illness was due to carelessness and that is my learning experience with this place."

"Ms Kara has been amazing!! Always hears my concerns and fixes any issues I have had. Always attentive to my son, a wonderfully delightful person that has made my experience with daycare incredible. Really going to miss her every morning when I drop off my son!!"

"We have two children at TLE and have been there for 3 years. We have been so happy with the quality of care given to our babies. They both love their teachers, their friends they’ve known since they each started, and the directors. The summer programs and the ways they involve parents are great. Daycare is expensive, that is the nature of *quality* care. But I felt we got the value for what we paid. My kids are treated so well and they are happy. That’s what matters most. Our third will be going there, too!"
