"Evelyn Street Day School is a blessing. Our son has progressed leaps & bounds from when he started preschool here. We are eternally grateful to all the staff at Evelyn Street Day School, who are all so caring, sincere & genuinely concerned for the children attending their establishment. I love how meticulous the school is in dealing with all rules and regulations regarding our children's health & well being. My wife & I can rest assured our son is safe and well looked after each day he attends school here. If you are looking for peace of mind & confidence that your child will gain all the necessary skills for kindergarten, Evelyn Street Day School is definitely the place for you."

"My daughter went to this day care for a year and I am so thankful that we chose this one. She received so much love from all of her teachers and staff, and often expressed love for her teachers and classmates - looking forward to go to school. If you're looking for a school that has amazing staff - you will have peace and trust that your child is in great hands. My daughter went from 3-4 yrs and greatly grew in her writing, speaking, concentration and social skills. I don't think we could have done it through home-schooling. We also appreciated that they fed the kids healthier organic lunches and snacks, which we try to do at home as well. Definitely check the school out and take the tour if you are searching."

"Very happy to have pick this day school for my daughter. She LOVES LOVES LOVES her teachers Melissa and Ashley!!!! She was potty trained in one day...not kidding. She has learned so much and I can't believe how well she can communicate as a 2 1/2 year old. The security, cleanliness and organic food provided is great! All of the other teachers and staff seem so sweet! :)"

"ESDS is my go-to place and solution for all child care services for 3+ years. I enrolled my first son shortly after the school opened. Was impressed by the owner, the building, flexibility, organic lunches, curriculum, and much more. When my oldest son moved on, I still continued to use ESDS for back-up care (when his school was closed) and for summer camp. My youngest son continues to go to ESDS and couldn't be happier. He LOVES going to school there. The interesting thing I learned was when I decided to move my oldest son to Catholic school, I realized he learned so much more at ESDS. This was a big shocker for me and my husband. I think part of the reason is that since it's a daycare, the kids move to the next level when they are ready (not based on any strict date requirements). Since my son misses cutoff, he was way ahead than the kids in his class at Catholic school and I partially credit this to ESDS. For any parent looking to make that tough decision on daycare options, choose ESDS. We are so happy we did and have no regrets."

We visited 5 nursery schools in the area when deciding where to send my grandson and the decision wasn't even close! We chose ESDS not only because it was were my grandson seemed the most comfortable, it was were we were the most comfortable. From the moment you meet Lucy the owner you feel like you will be leaving your child with another grandparent. The staff is friendly, happy and engaging. While we were on our tour we saw several children run up to staff to hug them and trust me we didn't see that anywhere else. My grandson is very shy, only verbal at home and wears a hearing aid. We have not had one issue with any of this. The staff has embraced it all and makes us feel confident. They never make you feel like you're asking too many questions or you're "being a pain", in fact they welcome communication. Their goal is for your child to want to come to school everyday! The school itself is clean, bright, sunny and cheerful! The food is healthy/organic! They do interesting things with the kids, like plant gardens, greenhouses, etc. I could literally go on and on about the ESDS! Trust me you will not be disappointed if you enroll your child here."
