New Hope Development Day Care

"My daughter had attended the daycare for about 6 months and our overall experience was good until most recently I had a safety concern about the playground and the director disregarded my concerns and failed to offer a solution, instead he became redundant about the policy and what has been placed for over 30 years. I was told to change my provider if I was not satisfied! I was talked over and the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and that my child’s well being was compromised. I removed her immediately. I do thank the teachers who were always very attentive and caring and understanding."

"My daughter started attending at 7months and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. She is in 'big girl class' now and she is doing great. I wonder at how the staff has stayed consistent from day 1. They greet with so much positive energy all year round and they are very very careful and detailed! The respect and enthusiasm has stayed the same. They are also always trying new things to get better and that is amazing. The discipline and learning and independence my daughter has learned here is second to none. All their staff are very hands-on....even the director! Great Work! Great School!"

"My daughter attended when she was a toddler and she came home without any underwear or pull up in the winter. When I spoke with a caregiver she was really nasty about it in front of another parent who also removed her child. My daughter is now 8 years old and and now tells me they would hit them with a ruler if they did not use the bathroom. The facility would also close without warning or notification, if any you would have a day or two for their impromptu closings...the only way you would know is when you showed up and no one was there. This did happen years ago and I pray things have changed, but I would not recommend."

"My daughter attends this daycare and every time she leaves from the school there's always something new she's learning. They have this amazing enrichment program for the parents & students. What I really love is that they have a personal chef to cook for the kids."
