Relax Inn

"Showed me one room it had a lamp on the toilet with a duct tape spliced wire running through the door jam plugged into another lamp...(can we say fire hazard), pillow cases used as decoration to hide stained up furniture... then 2nd was about the same minus the lamp the on toilet, AC barely works room was so muggy it induced an asthma attack... location was good to being in the cut if you like a private venue..."

"The website says there's a coffee maker in the room and there was not. The drink machine was not even plugged in. The TV was very outdated and barely worked. We needed to stay a second day due to our car breaking down and they charged extra for the time between check out and check in. There was a nice jacuzzi in the room, but no hot water. Also the faucet fell off when I tried to used it. This place would be ok if they weren't so expensive. I expect more for $140 a night."

"When to arrive at the Relax inn. The guy that works behind the desk was very rude, as he did not want to be there. He had charged an extra $28 for my wife when it was only supposed to be $28 for both of us not $59. When to ask questions as for would we receive the money back when we would leave he had basically laughed in my face. As to arrive in the room. My wife and I found the electrical sockets were covered so they could not be used, the hot tub was dirty, as for us to clean it out 3x, and never enough hot water. The bathroom tub had dead bugs in it, and mold. The cabinet under the sink had a kitchen butcher knife in it as well. As to be woken up the next morning by a lady on the phone telling me we had 20 min until check out, as for her not to pay attention to the form showing we had one more night to stay. The next morning my wife and I were leaving at 9:40am instead of the normal time of 11am. When to get to the office the door was locked, no room card return box, and when to call the phone number the number was disconnected. So whether I knocked, rang the bell, or called I could not hand the room key to anyone, and had to leave it within the door by where the door knob is."

"Paid for a jacuzzi room for 3 nights and was only able to use it once on the first night. After that there was no hot water at all. Not in the shower or sink either. Paying for a jacuzzi room without hot water was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointing. The room looked old and outdated. The TV took a while to get working and the room was not cleaned well. Inside of the toilet was yellow. The room was stuffy and the towels and sheets were hard and didn't smell clean. I would not recommend this place."
