"Contacted Silvette Rivera because I was interested in a unit that has been listed for 2 months. I asked to see the unit in person and she told me I had to pay $75 for the application….before I could even see the unit. When I asked if I can at least get a virtual tour because that is ridiculous and I’ve never even heard of paying before even seeing the place, she ignored me. It seems that this company has no interest in helping you find a place to live, they just want to take money from people. This was my first and last time trying to work with anyone from Weichert."
