"The park is well-maintained, but unfortunately run by very unfriendly people. The park residents are nice, the management is not. Every concern is met with an attitude if you are not in their circle. Mike the cop (who still thinks he is one, he's not) and Great Value Sarah Palin are difficult to deal with and very prone to taking things a legal route. I've heard numerous complaints from residents of the park about management, I am not the only one. We're hoping to sell at some point, and I do have to post this anonymously due to the potential for harassment against myself and my family. I suggest that nobody purchase in the park until there is new management, unless it's ours when it hits the market because, get me out of here."

"Very nice resort. People are friendly and the park is very clean. There is an inground pool, Lake with fishing, basketball court, playground and lots of woods around resort."
