"This hotel filthy. We left and never slept in our 2 rooms that we booked for a work event . I showed the night manager photos of both rooms and told him we are leaving due to unsanitary conditions we saw a cockroach, bodily fluids on the couch and bed . He proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t refund my money for the 2 rooms until Mr. Patel came in at 6am it was already 2:30 am and I need to find 2 rooms for my staff to sleep so we went into Manhattan. Mr.Patel is trying to scam me into paying for 1 room regardless if we left And is disregarding the conditions of both rooms. Board of health needs to visit this hotel immediately!!"

"Such rude welcoming by the man at the front desk. Very disappointed by Choice hotels to hire someone like that. Any issues I had with the room fell on deaf ears. Stay anywhere else but here"

"It wasn't bad. I had to stay here one night to get away from the noise that my neighbors We're making. It was the only place I could find anywhere near me. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean, the view sucked. A bit expensive but I had no choice. The room served its purpose without any complaints."
