"We went to this store a couple of weeks ago looking for ideas. Rhonda helped us through the store and with everytging la z boy has to offer and it's lifetime warranty. Thereafter, we sent Rhonda room dimensions and photos and scheduled an appointment with her on Saturday. When we arrived the store was very busy and Rhonda honored our appointment, spent a lot of time with us choosing furniture and fabrics. "It started with a phone call on New Year’s Day to make sure it was open. The phone manners at Brick NJ store was what made me go there rather than the Marlton store (that I did not call)which was 2 miles closer. My salesman was great. Answered all our questions and then some. He was always close enough if we needed him, but far enough to not bother us. No sales gimmicks. Very nice to deal with them.
