"Absolutely horrible experience. Staff led me to believe everything I purchased was risk-free but I later found out that the mechanical bed is not returnable. Once the payment is made, staff will not help you. They send you to corporate. Delivery team caused thousands of dollars in damages to my home and floors. Refused to take shoes off or wear shoe covers. Lied and said bed frame was not on truck. When they saw me calling Purple, they stated they found it but it was too heavy to carry so they dismantled it in the rain in the street. Vibration function on frame never worked. Then unit began malfunctioning. Mattress is subpar. $7,000 ripoff."
