"I will give this company a zero star not even one . on one hand Instead of taking the time to check their product before shipping it and making sure it’s not damaged to the consumer. and on the other hand not vetting their partners to whom they sell the product in order to deliver to the consumer. To whom it may concern!!!. You have a partner in Orlando by the name of euro living . Their sale rep by the name of Meriam is a liar and not trustworthy. She lied to us . She claimed that the bed Granada is compatible with our adjustable temper pedic but it turned up not the case . And instead of admitting the mistake, she denies it and blame on ESF. If I were ESF I will remove the license from this retailer as soon as possible. Thank you . Yours sincerely. Very very poor service for 7000$ bed.and by the way . It was an ESF employee that recommended this poor and mediocre retailer (euro living) in Orlando Florida."
