"Just took my elderly mother here for routine bloodwork. I was a little nervous, given the recent reviews and my mother is not the easiest person to deal with. We went right in and waited inside the office and got helped right away. Granted, there was no one else waiting but we did make an appointment online. Whoever wrote the negative reviews did not have Svitlana help them. She was very nice, courteous and gentle with my mother. I would not hesitate to go here again."

"That was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I went there like three weeks ago, arrived there 5:35PM that Russian lady refused to let me in although they close at 6:00 PM speaking to me with an attitude, once I asked her for her name so I can report her she finally let me in and didn’t stop complaining about me coming , I was trying my best to be good because at the end she’s gonna do a blood test for my son I don’t want her to hurt him , but she started yelling on my 4 years old!! Telling him go set I’m not laughing with you, look at your mum when she came?!!! At that point I was like no that’s a red line, I said stop there U can’t yell at my son,I’m an adult I can handle your attitude but my son that’s a NO for me she was threatened me to call the cops, and acted like she did so but I end up calling them my self for her , I reported her to the manager ,they said they have opened an investigation and that they gonna contact me but never heard anything from them , just Plz save your energy and go somewhere else, I end up going to their other lap located between the 7th and 8th streets, they were so kind and totally different"
"Worst experience I’ve had. Arrived 15 minutes prior to test and was told to wait in the hallway until appointment. Found a lobby in adjacent building and returned. The person reviewed my prescription and advised me that the codes didn’t match their system and didn’t know whether my insurance would cover the procedure but admitted she didn’t know since that was billing department problem. I finally left without having the test. I’ve never had to stand in a hallway for a blood test."
