"The day-to-day staff at this YMCA is wonderful but the management team is awful. I have been charged over $800 for gym fees - these charges were made when I no longer lived in Harlem or went to the gym. Management still refuses to fully refund me even after I've showed them emails which proved I tried to end my membership during the pandemic. The management team has been unresponsive to my requests and pleas to compensate me for these charges. I didn't expect the YMCA to take advantage of the pandemic by overcharging customers."
