"Ordered my groceries midday and all I could get was a 7-8pm slot so I took it. However at 7:30pm I was told they were running late on delivery, I was fine with that, so the delivery time was pushed to 8-9pm slot. At 9 pm I tried calling the store and no one ever picked up although I called almost every 5minutes to get a status update. 9:30 came and the store closed and I never got a call or update on the status. So now Ctown has my groceries and my $$ and no communication from them. I will not ever be ordering from here again. I will try next business day to get my $$ refunded. I am giving this a 1 Star even if I know they will post it with more than 1. More dishonesty"

"It's a market, you get what you need and get out. Lines are sometimes long depending on the day, and prices are expensive everywhere you go these days. The cashiers are nice and helpful."

"I regret walking in here every time I do. Produce is not good. Boxes are often blocking the aisles making shopping and walking difficult, and it’s not clean. Two stars only because the recent clean up has at least put the offal in to a container instead of in the open air."

"Nice shopping in the evening quiet and pleasant without the the rude, gossiping Hispanic delivery guy, who seems to take pleasure in slandering us constantly with other staff members. All of which is unprovoked and have be going on for many years. We have been shopping at C-Town for many years and have never been disrespectful to any staff or committed any crimes for us to be pointed out to any staff. He instigates hostility towards us with other staff members, new and old."

"One of the better supermarkets in the area. Staff are helpful. They have a decent selection of foods, but don't expect to find things you would expect to see in Manhattan. Like all supermarkets right now, food is crazy expensive. I don't fault them for it, though. They offer free delivery for purchases over $40, which is helpful for us older folk."
