"Tech and doctors are really nice. Receptionists are miserable people who act like they can't be bothered with your presence. Very condescending and I've seen them give attitude to elderly people who are clearly confused of where to go, or what to sign. If you don't have patience to deal with people who are phisycally or cognitively impaired.... then it's time to change jobs."
