Furniture On 5th

"I went into the a month ago to purchase a bed that I liked . I wasn’t home for delivery when my son sent me a picture of the bed I immediately called the store and told them that they was missing the platforms for the bed so the mattress don’t sink they sent over approximately four boards.. since my son didn’t know, my son told me that they sent over the boards with the delivery person which was four boards when he took the picture and showed me. I immediately called the store and spoke to a woman named Raquel, which she stated she would return my call and also give the message to the boss are you I travel for work, so by the time they should have the PC guarantee me they were when I spoke Boss of the store On January 12 I spoke to the store. He informed me that he would be getting another board then when I called again the store spoke to Miss Raquel informed her she never delivered my message. I don’t know what’s going on. This is unacceptable. My back is hurting like I just travel for work and I’m home and I’m sleeping uncomfortable on the bed that I am currently paying for. I informed her if I do not receive the boy within this week, I will be returning the merchandise and collecting a reef refund on my product. And by the way, they have the same bedroom, the same bed In the store where I said, can we just take the board from the display? Update as of today. The store owner was very upset over my review which I recorded. As he said I try to hurt his small business. Everything was delivered as it was which it was not as you see In the picture all boards are drilled in there no holes or were board would have been"

"Deceptive business practices. Salesman lied to my face and applied for a line of credit without my permission. I went in the store just to look around. They pressured me into seeing how much I “pre-qualify” for… He said it would be a soft inquiry. Both lies. Avoid this place and do yourself a favor by going somewhere with better prices, options, and customer service. Everything is overpriced anyway, they’re probably desperate to increase sales/profit. You can get the same stuff at Bobs D.F. for less money Will be filing a report"

"I really love this place! They have unique and high quality furniture that I haven't seen in the usual furniture stores. We were looking to furnish every room in the house and Elliot was there to help us all the way. Elliot was awesome - he gave us our freedom to roam the store, see what we liked and patiently answered all my MANY questions thoroughly. We bought a bedroom and dining room set and he was able to give us a great price for both. The delivery came as promised and done with care for our home by the delivery men. We are looking to update our living room now and will be going back to see Elliot."
