"These people are horrible..they are thieves..stay away from this dinky little place..they are liars and thieves.. my mother went there and was fast talked into signing the finance papers to buy a bed set for $1087. I was with her when she called them the same day to cancel it and they said ok no problem and would hold onto the $40 she gave in case she would like something else. Long story short, they said that $40 was non refundable and unbeknown to her until yesterday (5/9/19) they have charged her checking account $1261.89 for furniture she never purchased or recieved. Now it's a battle to get this money back. She will report them to the Better Business Bureau plus file a police report for fraud. She has already stopped the automatic bank withdrawals. 5 star furniture barely answer your calls and their voice messages are full so you can't even leave them a message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..THEY ARE THIEVES"

"The owner and his wife were excellent. I had some complication with a tv stand that I ordered and they didnt stop until they got me the right one. They were helpful, honest and most of all their customer service outstanding..I can honestly recommend anyone to shop there."

"Have had the worst experience ever with this Furniture store. The lady with the scarf that helped me was nice at first but then when my delivery came all damaged due to the incompetent delivery guys that must have dropped the boxes a couple of times. When I complained to her she didn’t want to hear it and said that at least I got some furniture now. I will be reporting them to better business bureau. Stay away from this dump."
