"Central Cabinets is amazing! We talked to several cabinetry providers. In the end, we decided to go with Central Cabinets because of their strong expertise in design and measurement. We were remodeling our very small kitchen in our co-op apartment and did not have a lot of experience in maximizing small spaces. "Central Cabinets is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I hired Alvin and Sonny to do a complete kitchen renovation for our Coop apartment. As we are not very knowledgeable about construction/renovations, we were looking for someone who could really walk us through every step of the process. We visited several other places before finding Alvin and Sonny, and we had the same experience at all of them – they were willing to help us only with PART of the process (they could order the cabinets for us, but we had to hire a different contractor, or get the countertops from someone else, etc.). Alvin and Sonny took care of everything for us – and they did a phenomenal job with all of it! Sonny completed the design of our kitchen. We were hoping for a sleek, modern design and he absolutely delivered. Not only did he make sure to include everything we wanted, but he also had several fantastic suggestions that we never would have even thought of. We absolutely love the design – it is both functional and beautiful. After the design phase, Alvin helped us to pick out all of the materials. He had great suggestions, and I really appreciated that he never pushed us or tried to upsell us. He was always completely honest with us about prices, and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. What I loved most about Alvin was how communicative he was with us. I have heard horror stories from friends about contractors who didn’t show up when they were supposed to and/or couldn’t be reached for questions/concerns. Alvin was literally the opposite. He was always available to talk to us. He gave us a timeline for completion of the project and did it in exactly that amount of time. His crew showed up every day and it was clear how hard they were working. He stayed in contact with us the entire time, calling us everyday to check how we were liking the results and to check with us about how we wanted certain things done. We really felt like we had control over every step of the process. The final results were nothing short of spectacular. We LOVE our new kitchen! It is sleek and modern, just like we wanted and everything was put together beautifully. We are planning to do our bathroom next and we have already spoken to Alvin about starting it after the new year. If you are looking for a great kitchen renovation, look no further.
