The next day I stopped in at the showroom and I received excellent service from Anna showing me some possibilities for a replacement sofa. I've have shopped Natuzzi before, buying one of their sofas 16 years ago from Bloomingdales. Excellent service and beautiful furniture. Visit their showroom and see what's available."

"Do not buy a sofa that is natuzzi. My first sectional lasted 20 years. A few years ago bought a new one. It is an expensive piece of junk. The whole couch fell in within a year. They came and fixed it. Six months later happened again. Called to hear i am out of warantee. Bottom of the couch has a zipper when unzipped it is made like a beach chair with straps but zipper to small to refill seats. As i said expensive piece of junk!!!!"

"We ordered a leather sofa in August and we were advised it would be ready by early November. However when we checked with the store in mid November they couldn't even locate the stock. They are still investigating where-about is this sofa and the reason for the delay. I can't believe this is the purchase experience with a premium international brand like Natuzzi."

"We have a Natuzzi with 3 recliners under warrantee. One motor failed. We contacted Natuzzi 3 months ago and still have not received the repair because Natuzzi in Italy has not shipped the parts. They cannot provide a tracking number and they admit that the parts have not been shipped yet. BEWARE of relying on Natuzzi for warrantee service!!"
