My sales person, Susan, sells me a table then falls off the edge of the earth never to hear back from her about updates on the furniture that I purchased. 4 months later, still waiting on the furniture, though it’s in NJ. Hailee (?) says the furniture will be here in 2 weeks, never to materialize in my house, so I end up opting to cancel only to be told: we don’t accept cancellations. You’re better off buying a vintage italian midcentury marble table off 1stDibs"

"Stunning decor, stylish furniture & beautiful art. The architecture of the building itself is notable. Once inside, Elissa was welcoming, cheerful & we discussed the iconic noble hat. She was smiling and very fun to engage with. The light fixtures/chandeliers were my personal favorite. The map and city blueprints up against the staircase was a nice touch."
