"Beware - any registry items on any discount or sale are not refundable. Called to confirm if they accept returns within 30-90days. However, wasted time bringing large item to store just to find that out it was bought on discount thus non-refundable. No way we would have found that out sooner since it was a registry item. Horrible return policy."

"DONT COME HERE!!! I’ve never been so turned off by a shopping experience especially for a store that considers themselves upscale. I came in to buy a few things and after stopping to ask two separate sales associates for help, I left and decided to shop elsewhere. So incredibly curt and not helpful. Word to the wise: if you don’t like dealing with people, don’t work in customer service. This doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience either based on other reviews here."

"Walked in ready to spend multiple thousands of dollars on a couch. Had to walk around for almost 10 minutes to find someone to help us. When we finally got some help, we asked about one particular couch. The woman said it wasn't available for 4 months and didn't propose any alternatives or offer to help. Her general vibe was that she was doing us a favor by looking up the couch availability. Was thoroughly put off by the whole experience and ended up buying an Article couch instead."

"Looking for a beautifully designed comforter. It’s online but takes 2 months to ship?!! Hello?!! Who can wait 2 months for an item? Called the store, staff isn’t trained well either, not much desire to help, except saying I don’t have the item. If it’s not available don’t list it for sale."
