"Blu Dot makes good furniture, but they have terrible customer service. I am trying to repair a couch I bought there and they will not tell me the size of the replacement part I need to order from another company. It’s been over a month and I have had more than six contacts with them. No one will tell me what part I need from a couch they still make. You pay a lot for Blu Dot. I did do hoping that it would be a quality piece I could repair. Apparently Blu Dot doesn’t care if you throw their stuff in a landfill. They will do nothing to avoid that outcome."
