"this store is a big scam , they give you broken furniture and mis match furniture and then they dont want to give you the right one. they pay people to leave them great reviews . they get you the louns and when you dont get the furniture they never close the loan account so that you end up paying it . they ever answer your calls nor text .communication is a negative."

"I am so horrified by this experience I am having with this company. Avoid going to this place at all cost . It is a scam!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this place. Take my WARNING PLEASE DONT END UP LIKE MY WIFE AND I. My wife is 9 months pregnant sleeping on a hard floor for 16 days. Her back hurts and it’s all so unfortunate. Our delivery date was May first. We have not heard from this company since they took our money. The delivery guys are a joke .. they will lie and give you a runaround and then block your phone number. The sales women will get on the phone and not have a solution. Please do not buy anything from this place. They will rob you !!. They also called the day of delivery stating they did not have the color furniture we wanted and gave us no choice but to pick another color in one hour. Unprofessional"

"Horrible experience!!! Do not purchase anything from this store. They will contact you when it's time to pay but after your horrifying delivery experience they will not answer your calls. Delivery guy did not set up my bed at all after the head board needed to be taken back.. He gave me the run around for weeks telling me he will come on certain days and never show up to put the bed up or brought my head board. He lies so much and the furniture store will not care and tell you “ he said he's coming just wait and see “ I hope he does “ I did not pay that man my money I paid exotic furniture.. And all you can do is “HOPE “ . I am pregnant and have to sleep on the floor because this company does not care after they received their money. Better off ordering furniture on Amazon than this place."

"I was really skeptical because of all the bad reviews but listen u just have to have patience, and understand that this is a small business The customer service may not be top notch you just have to be on them. They made my delivery late in the afternoon but honestly, I wasn’t really stressing too much about it. As long as they delivered my furniture that’s all I cared about. The delivery guy was telling me the reason why they don’t throw out the trash afterwards it’s because they don’t get paid for it. But best believe I literally just moved into my brand new apartment. I was not allowing them to keep no boxes or plastic in my apartment on my brand new floors. They do speak Spanish, so it might be a language barrier. But trust me, I know Spanish and I told those delivery people to please remove that trash out of my apartment. I understand that they’re trying to tell me that they don’t get paid for it. OK i get it but I wasn’t allowing them to leave no trash in my brand new apartment let alone i have a toddler that walks around putting stuff in her mouth I wasn’t having it and they respectfully clean it up. I had a good experience. They also delivered my furniture the next day and I live all the way in Brooklyn"
