"I just placed an order so I will follow up in a few months upon delivery, but up to this point Irina Alex spent SO much time helping me with several items until I made a decision. Then she devoted even more time assisting with fabric type and color selections. I wasn’t an easy customer and she was so kind and patient! Sandro Mardkha, the manager, was also honest and helpful the few times we met. The company offered the option of having their delivery service check to ensure the sizing of my new sofa wouldn’t be a problem with the elevator and corridors of my apartment building, which was very reassuring. I can’t say enough great things about the service I received at this store and from these two. I will report on my new sofa when delivered! Thanks Roche Bobois!!! Sofa arrived and is gorgeous. I really want to emphasize Irina’s work: we were hesitant about the color, Irina helped us with that, stopping by at our place and looking at the color scheme of the living room. She knew everything about the product, its fabric, etc. When we finally decided, she was indispensable providing all the details of the delivery process, helping to coordinate everything.
