"I love the dresser drawers that we purchased. We first looked at a local department store which we have purchased good quality furniture. I was not feeling good about the displayed dressers they had in stock. The quality was not to good for the price. So I was convinced to head to Raymour and Flanagan at Union Square. I was looking for deeper drawer space. There a huge selection of dressers and could not decide. There were three in mind. I chose the second option and have no regrets. So pleased with the purchase. My sister has MS and they assisted her in finding a suitable foundation and exchanged the adjustable frame Alma helped me exchang a Stearns and Foster ultra firm with no edge support to one that is more-suitable. The original associate Marvin . Was-only interested in making a big sale $7500+ and rushed me and when I-asked about arranging payment terms he said”No”. "I spent a pretty penny buying a mattress and bed set. The bed was delivered and it turned out to be a different color than what appeared on the showroom floor. After requesting to exchange the item, they simply refused. Even after attempting to exchange the item for a more expensive item, the manager did not even return my call. Horrible experience shopping here. They want your money and provide no service to the customer. Once they have your payment, you're on your own."
