"I have always felt that Safavieh had great quality furniture. We have been happy with their store and purchases. Recently we purchased an outdoor dining set. The sales person said it was porcelain. We needed something durable. They did a great job packing it and we drove it home. When we set it up we noticed bubbles in the paint. There were many chips and when we examined it further we saw it was painted Aluminum. The sales person did not give us the right information. we have since emailed and called to let them know that this table is not necessarily damaged but it is faulty from the factory. The sales person never got back to me after 3 emails. I spoke to the manager and he said he would contact me a week ago. I have not heard from him either. I was very disappointed in the quality of this set. And their follow up. I hope this is not an example of some of their new furniture lines."

"Currently I am working on renovating and redecorating our front porch into a garden bistro-style area and I wanted a carpet that would be soft, lay flat, but also be durable under outdoor weather conditions and Safavieh had a variety of options, patterns, and most importantly sizes to suit our needs. It’s not a large area and the prices were beyond reasonable. For the quality of product you’re going to get I don’t think I was able to find a better price. There are less expensive options out there but I’ve tried them and they all fall apart or are made with subpar materials so for just a tiny bit more you can get a great quality product and if you look at the subsequent photos 2 & 3 you’ll see it ties together with the table and chair set nicely, even for such a small area."
