"I was taking a walk one day and came across this furniture store. I walked in, picked out what I liked, and easily made a deposit. Management was very communicative throughout the entire process. The first set was damaged but was quickly replaced and came earlier than expected on a holiday! Plus, everything was already assembled. All I had to do was take it out of the box!"

"One of the worst experience with them. Especially owner of the business Don't know how to talk with their customer. He was behaving like a rude person and unethical style. Talking only in perceptions. I will give them only 1 star because employees are good bit the owner was fraud and totally careless person. One of the tragic experince to listen him and his abusive language. Moreover, when I complained to company owner he start yelling and threatening me without any reason and they are doing fraud when you will buy it and returned to product they blame you that it is fraud. This is our legal right to return the product in company time limit so beaware from these type of fraud and owners which cannot solve the customer compliance."

"My experience with furniture direct has not been a good one. It started back in June 2023 when I ordered a living room set. The wire for the Bluetooth love seat didn't work first I was told they was going to replace the wire then was told the love seat would be replaced as of November 2023 nothing has been replaced...I have 3 complaints and they are giving me the runaround but they got my money how Profesional."
