"I purchase a dining table July 11 and it is now Aug 6 and I have not received it . Everytime I call it’s a different story. I don’t understand why a business would want to put their customers through this situation.The girl Natalie is definetly great at doing her job, cause she convinces with a lie every time, but this is ridiculous! If you don't mind waiting an eternity, then yes, because the furniture is great. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or anyone at all, if you expect your purchase when they promise."
"I’ve been trying to reach out to you regarding furniture I’ve purchased 5 months ago and I’m yet to receive!!! It is unacceptable that a consumer should have to reach out through Facebook to try to get in contact with you!!! As of today two deliveries were scheduled but no one showed up. In addition, no one reached out to reschedule or apologize for this inconvenience. I would really appreciate it if someone contacts me today to either A. schedule to deliver my furniture by Friday or B. provide me with a full refund. If I fail to hear from you today, August 4th, I would be reaching out to the consumer financial protection bureau and the attorney general’s office: NJ consumer affairs to report business of fraud."
"I paid for furniture from here. I was told it would be delivered one day...it didnt come. I had to call the store 17 times before I finally spoke to someone. They told me there was a mistake and that I would recieve my stuff the following day in the morning. They told me that I would also recieve a gift (rug or coffee table) for the delay. The next day came...nothing in the morning...nothing in the afternoon....i tried calling the store...NO ANSWER. They finally came at 6pm. No gift (they knew nothing about it) I called the store...no answer. In the middle of the night my 7yr old comes into my room bc her bed fell apart. I call the store...NOOOOOOO ANSWER. WONT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN."
"VERY RUDE and UNPROFESIONAL!!! I completely agree with the comment below from kiki t!!! I suffered from similar problems with her. The manager whose name is Lourdes, should be described as very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She said the delivery should be between 11 and 12 o'clock next day. On the day, I was waiting for it and it didn't come. So, I called her and she was very arrogant, never apologize, and saying "you gotta be wait, you gotta be wait, its gonna be soon, okay? bye." VERY RUDE! so I called again and she said "its gonna be until 1'o clock okay? wait. bye." VERY RUDE! but the delivery was not made even until 2'o clock. I called her again but she didn't answer. UNBELIEVABLE! The delivery was made on 2:20pm. I was totlly upset because I was not able to commute to my work because of this. Lost my money from work, time, and my credibility was scratched. I was suppossed to pay to deliverer $100 because it was the rest amount of full price, while $400 was made yesterday. I denied to pay $100 because of my LOST and her very UNPROFESSIONALISM with RUDENESS. Its not about the money. So I had argument on the phone. However, she never listen to me but only pitch out her words and just hang up the phone in the middle of conversation. VERY RUDE. Never listen. No conversation. Never apologize for her fault, which is not keeping it on time and being very rude. I paid the rest $100 finally to the deliverer to send it to her and got the furniture because I was not interested in the money but only in her attitude and her sincere apology, which NEVER HAPPENED. NEVER NEVER NEVER do a business with this store. You will lose your time and temper beyond other stuffs."
