"Waited for more than 2 hours although I had an appointment and was on time. Lots of people who showed up after me, got admitted first. Wouldn’t recommend if you are on a tight schedule. Will definitely choose another facility next time."

My MRI was doing by a nice laboratory girl very patient and help me to to put my stuff safe in a locker before we start . , I used to come With patient , but that time I was the patient. The respect my appointment’s time, cause I filled patient check list online , I think it’s better saving time . For now am happy with the place .I recommend this place . Specially the one in 125 st Manhattan"

"Staff was nice place was not crowded and only a few people were waiting. I was a little annoyed that I still had to show my insurance card and ID since I uploaded them as requested before the visit. I was happy that I was called in about 5 minutes so no long wait time."

"I did like the courtesy of the employees. My only complaint is that 3 walk ins came for X-rays and the front desk admitted them in, even though it was past the time to permit walk ins. That delayed the rest of us with appointments. I believe if you give a patient an appointment you should honor the time and at the very least have your walk ins do the waiting not the ones who followed procedure to get an appointment done."

"I love the front desk women, they were ready to rock and roll! Fatima was my tech, she was gentle, kind and very informative. When I go back, I will request her if I can and if she hasn't gone to another location. I went to 215 W 125th St. Great experience and I also didn't wait long."
