"Giselle was amazing! The new job I’m starting seems to be suffering from poor communication on top of bad timing and overall the process was pretty stressful. Got there and was told I need a code (didn’t even get the email from the identity verification company). She directed me calmly what to do and I was able to get it resolved and not have to wait hours to be seen. She was also dealing with several other patients while she was helping me."

"Beyond atrocious. Made an appointment for noon and showed up to find they hadn't even seen patients who checked in at 10am. Only two technicians were there, and then one left right before our eyes, ignoring the people trying to get clarity on when they can be seen. When the other technician finally answered our questions, snapping at us like it was our fault, they said people with noon appointments might be seen around maybe 2 or 3pm."

"Solid Quest location. Took me back right away even when I was very late for my appointment. Giselle, my tech, was friendly and courteous, and did a blood draw quickly and painlessly."

"I wonder if the bad reviews are from people experiencing great service with minimum wait time wanting to keep this gem for themselves, because although it’s a 5 minute walk from home the reviews kept me away. I’d travel 30 minutes by subway to another location and this one was perfect. I’ve never had a draw that didn’t leave my arm bruised and sore for days after. THIS WAS DIFFERENT!! She picked a vein on the outer part of my arm and I barely felt a pinch. She kept the needle steady and didn’t need to puncture me multiple times. Seen 9 minutes after checking in despite there being a waiting room with 5 walkins waiting. Will be returning for future visits."

"Roxanne is a class act. A truly kind and skilled professional. I came in confused about my order for blood work/insurance. She helped me sort it out and also made the necessary phone call to confirm the order. Once confirmed, she effortlessly drew my blood--didn't feel a thing- and sent me on my way. On a Thurs around 11a, place was empty! I highly recommend you schedule the appointment in advance and I hope you get Roxanne she's the BEST!"
