"Purchased the I8 mattress and of course, you need to READ, READ, READ what you are signing!!!!! It's NOT 100% return on everything. BEWARE of this company!! We were not happy with this mattress after a few weeks and wanted to return it. ONLY the mattress is returnable! WE GOT STUCK with a $3,200 base. VERY, VERY overpriced!!! Also, never heard from the salesperson after the sale. Another salesperson in the store called to see how we were liking the bed. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! I should not have bought so quick. Shame on me for not shopping around 1st! Ended up going down the highway to another store and we are happy with our new mattress. The salesperson also threw in 2 pillows too!!"
