"Midway stop between Maryland and Vermont. Very clean room, spacious and comfortable. The TV was not connected to the internet so I could only watch live tv. Which was fine, I wasn’t there to watch tv. Internet connection worked great on my phone though. Easy check in and out. I had to wait around in the am for someone to come to the front desk. All in all, a pleasant experience."

"We always have a positive experience whenever we stay at this Hampton Inn. We stay here anytime we visit West Point. The location is super convenient because it is close to restaurants and shopping. The lobby and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hot breakfast buffet is always delicious. The best feature of the hotel is the staff. They are friendly, energetic, and accommodating. The entire team, from the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen staff, provides exceptional customer service. The management team does an excellent job of balancing the needs of all guests. However, please note that during a West Point event, it may not be possible to accommodate late checkout requests since many guests ask for it, including myself."

"This hotel was clean and well maintained. Hey have a great free breakfast in the morning and the pool and fitness centre was great. The thing that really sets this hotel apart is the staff! Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly. Even when we checked in Very late at night the two front desk staff were so pleasant and informative and helpful. We drive from Ontario to New York City pretty often and will definitely stop here again! ❤️"
