"Receptionists were helpful and polite when scheduling my appointment and when checking in on the day of my scan. I had very little wait time and tech was very kind and took time to answer my questions. It was a very good experience overall."

"Would rate less than one star if possible. My wife had an MRI scheduled for 1PM, she didn’t leave the facility until almost 5PM. An MRI in and of itself is an ordeal in the best case, but that was not what she experienced on January 30th. A wait of over 2 hours, to then be rushed through the procedure. She had a panic attack, and the technician told her she WASN’T ALLOWED to take her PRESCRIBED anti-anxiety medication, because it would “take too long to kick in, we don’t have time for that.” I am livid typing this, at the callous disregard for my wife’s comfort and safety during a medical procedure. Not only that- when the contrast was introduced via IV, she had an immediate emetic reaction, and the receptacle provided to her when she needed to throw up was a garbage can full of used gloves and paper towels. She was not allowed to visit the restroom to clean herself up. Honestly this feels less like she had a medical imaging appointment and more like she spent the afternoon at Rikers."

"I had a great experience with the Union Square Lenox Hill location. The whole process was very easy and convenient, and I was in and out quickly (no long waits). The person doing my MRI was very nice and professional. As this was my first MRI he took the time to explain everything and even provide me with a blanket so I was comfortable. While I hope I don’t have to do another MRI any time soon, I would happily go back here if I needed another MRI."

"The staff members I have interacted with during 2 visits were very professional. My ultrasound Technologist is always professional and thorough. The space in very clean and welcoming. Easy to find, being a few steps from union square subway station. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"Everyone at this location was extremely pleasant and helpful. It’s a little out of my way, but closer locations were scheduling way into January. Super nice front desk folks, and the technician was efficient and made the always awkward mammogram not so unpleasant with her easygoing personality. The wait was not long at all, and the facility as a whole was very clean and well laid out. Traveling down to Union Square from Harlem was worth the trip!"
