"I would chose zero stars if I could. They are advertising FREE COVID test kits and then charging my insurance $325. I am NOT paying. They do not answer their phone and instruct you to use the "Live Chat" function, and then no one responds. This is a scam business and should be shut down for false advertising!"

"Such a disappointment! I currently have Covid and thank goodness I was able to receive free tests from another company. I ordered tests weeks ago. As a school teacher, I am closely testing and this company shared I had a balance on my insurance when that is not the case. As a daughter of a small business owner, this is not a customer friendly place. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be supported."

"Due to some errors on my part, my application for the Covid-19 Home test kit was denied. I went to the "chat" feature on the Fast Lab site to find out why, and to my good fortune I was able to chat with the most kind and patient of all customer service representatives. She had to run my application three times but we were finally successful. Thank you so much!"

"I ordered the kit and tests and then realized it was a mistake for me. Customer Service was patient and kind and prompt in answering me and has assured me the order was cancelled as it would not be covered and I cannot possibly pay for it. I expect this is all true and am pleased with their customer service and prompt replies."

"I’m only giving this review a 4 star because of my positive experience with Joy. The other representatives that tried to assist me were no help at all. They ignored me and my request went to Joy. Thank goodness though because she assisted me quickly and was very nice also. It was very difficult to order my test initially though the other representative but with Joy it was very quick!"
