"This company is a fraud. They hire staff and then let them go within two year. Claiming the company is reconstructing and they no longer need your services. They are racist. They lay off everyone that does not look like them; caucasians. 2 months later, they'll appear on glassdoor looking for ultrasound techs etc. They make you sign up for 401k without you being aware that you will not get 100% of the money invested because you did not work 5 years for the company, After they make you jump hoops before they sign the necessary paperwork. Job seekers be aware."

"They will ask you to leave your current job to train with them full time, they will have many others doing the same and at the end will only hire 1-2 people out of 4-6 people, the rest they will let go without caring. And if you had a full time job prior they will not care. If you have a job, and you are comfortable in it, please do not leave it for MMI. Trust me and if you do get hired, the protocol and the paperwork is not worth it. There is so much stress, its unbelievable. They need to realize they are as replaceable as "we" are."
