"This hotel was amazing. Staff was great, rooms clean, great tasting breakfast. Location great. Went for the weekend to shop at woodbury commons, probably a 6 min drive, just a really great location. Only complaint or info i can give is the beds were comfortable at first, but the next morning i had bad back pain, bed was not really comfortable all night"

"We used Sleep Inn & Suites Monroe - Woodbury for our wedding hotel as it was very close to our venue. They included a free shuttle service (shout out to Dean the driver) for our guests. Marc arranged everything we needed for our event. He was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed updates. The staff was also very friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They also allowed us to use the breakfast area for a small(ish) afterparty that went on for a good while. Overall we were extremally satisfied with the service and the rooms, especially the beds. I would definitely consider using this hotel again, if we are ever in the area visiting our venue overnight. Book in advance because they were sold out both nights we were there in early October. Also, the included breakfast were great!"

"Awful staff. Showed them bed bugs and they chose to ignore. Do not stay at this hotel. I’ve been in pest control 20 years. I know what a bed bug is and showed staff. They were more concerned about renting the room. Very irresponsible. Bed bugs happen. Fix the problem. Get the room treated"

"Two adults had a very nice stay for two nights at this hotel in a king room in late August 2023. We stayed here in August 2022 and returned again this year when we were back in the area. Once again we found the room/hotel to be very clean with nice furniture, a large bathroom with a real shower in lieu of the old style tub-shower, and very nice lighting in the room. There is a very large breakfast area. Breakfast was really good. Over the two days we had choices of real scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage patties, “Polish” sausage slices and hash browns along with the usual fruit, yogurt, pastries, english muffins, bagels, bread, waffles, etc. Definitely on the better side for this price range of hotel. Reception was again very pleasant and check-in was fast. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from any other businesses. A large shopping center with Walmart, Target, BJs, restaurants, etc., was located about 15 minutes away. A great diner (Empire Diner) is located 2 miles away. Again, the WiFi was really good but (again) we couldn’t consistently connect to AT&T mobile service near the hotel. A few miles away, everything was fine. Definitely would stay here again. Note there is still no freezer section in the in-room small refrigerators for those that use freezer packs to keep things cold in a cooler."
