"So we booked a room because we wanted to hang out in NY, me and my husband. We planned last min so it was the only place available. It looked clean but very outdated. The area make us feel very uncomfortable, the door was broken and the AC didn’t work. The room, bathroom and sheets were clean. The place kinda looks like the place in the movies where you get kidnapped or unfortunate things happen. We decided that we will just drive home even though we paid- we just didn’t trust it. The person who gave us the keys was very nice."

"Mary and Lynn are very friendly. A place to lay your head. Reason I picked this motel is because it is pet friendly. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. James Motel can use an upgrade."
