"Went in today to have labs drawn - many vials on a fasting test - and had THE BEST experience I've had. My phlebotomist Rashida was truly the best and kindest I have ever seen. My interactions with the other staff were all positive as well but Rashida truly went above and beyond providing excellent care. This is my second time at this location and in my opinion it's truly the best in the city!!"

"So terrible. TL;DR: You cannot have just an automated check-in system without a receptionist because it's stupid and doesn't work. I was third in line to check in. This elderly gentleman was taking a long time so I tried to help him check in for his wife. Still the system couldn't find their appointment. So I helped him pick the next available appointment at 11:30 am (theirs was 10 am). Then the lady behind him (and in front of me) accused me of being "rude" for supposedly jumping the line. I had to take really deep breaths in order not to get into a yelling match with her. I EVEN let her check in before me. And of course she is the only one who got her appointment. I was too late for appointment and just had to leave. The kiosk asked me to do stupid things like "scanning your driver's license" even though the appt was for my kid. I would NEVER come here again. LabCorp was so much better."

"I have to get regular blood tests due to medication I'm on, and this is my nearest Quest location. The staff here are mostly personable as long as you have a good attitude. My biggest complaint is the phone # is fully automated. If there's a delay or issue with your test results it's absolutely impossible to reach anyone. You have zero recourse."
