"They always overcharge!!! The prices at the register are very often not the sale or advertised prices. I've been overcharged/robbed several times in the past and it happened again today. I won't be going back ever again. And their produce is disgusting."

"**I've been getting a dominican breakfast from this place for the past week, they've always charged me 7 dollars. I go in today get the same thing and the cashier rung it up for 9 dollars. I asked was there a price change overnight cause that's not what I have been paying this past week. She told me it's because I have a salami and a sausage and eggs and cheese, I was extremely confused. I said that doesn't make any sense, she then said it's another girl who charged you wrong. She proceeded to insult me in Spanish, I am not a perfect Spanish speaker but I understand very well. To not make a scene I told I no longer wanted the food, that's when she changed the price to 7. At that point I was annoyed, I'm just not gonna purchase food from there anymore. I think it would best moving forward to have the prices listed where both staff and customers can see clear, that way there is no room for a misunderstanding from either parties. Since I have been living here for 3 years now I've have friendly and welcoming experiences at this place but its slowly becoming one of the places I will avoid, or just look for my favorite cashiers at checkout. Update: renovations looks really good. I wish they would pay closer attention and give extra care to their produce section. Rotten produce should not be on display."

"This is crazy!! For one lettuce! They give customers so many issues to return spoiled items. I’m cool with a couple of the cashiers. Others I had to curse out. The cashiers can be extremely disrespectful. It’s price gauging, not inflation!! The store has been overcharging customers way before the pandemic. The young guy in the deli department needs to be removed. He scams customers constantly. You ask for $5 worth of cheese etc, he cuts $5.90 on purpose. You ask him to correct it, he tries to act like he doesn’t understand English. I asked for a chicken hero sandwich with white cheddar cheese and no salt. Got home, he barely put meat on the sandwich. Yellow cheddar cheese and so much salt. They need new staff."
